Our Commitment

In addition to Nursery classes for children from infancy to age two, we are committed to providing a God-centered children’s ministry that is a safe and orderly environment in which to systematically teach children ages 3 years to 6th grade using biblically-driven, age-specific lessons. Our programs are designed to help children understand the gospel and equip them with the Word of God to live a life pleasing to God.

One generation shall commend your works to another, and shall declare your mighty acts.

Psalm 145:4

Our Environment

It is extremely important to us that our youngest ones have a safe and well-organized environment. Each adult who works with children must be a church member or have regularly attended for at least six months. Adult workers have all undergone a background check, have completed a childcare worker’s application, and have agreed to abide by all the provisions of our childcare policy. In addition, all who teach our classes must be members of our church and are specifically approved by our church leadership. Our classrooms are clean, orderly, and actively guided by caring volunteers and parents, so that each child can truly focus on learning the Scriptures.

Our Programs

Sunday School (3 yrs - 6th Grade)

9:00 - 10:15 am

We have interactive and biblically-driven lessons using the Generations of Grace curriculum to instruct the children through the key teachings of the entire Bible on an age-appropriate 3 year cycle. All children from 3 years to 6th grade will learn the same passage of Scripture each week. This structured approach will foster discussions between siblings and parents about the truths they learned that week! (Links to the Lesson List for each year are below)

Children’s Church (4 yrs - 2nd grade)

10:30 am - Noon

During the main worship service, we provide a fun and structured time for the younger kids to review their Sunday School lesson, sing songs, complete crafts that reinforce the lesson, and enjoy snacks and a time to run off some of that Sunday energy on the playground or in the gym. The children accompany their parents in the first part of the worship service, where they participate in singing, Scripture-reading, and corporate prayer, and then are dismissed for Children's Church, or can remain with their parents during the entire worship service.
